CAMP LOGISTICS:

  • Dates: March 16th–20th, 2026

  • Time: 4:30–6:30 PM daily (2-Hour Camp!)

  • Location: Mid-American Energy Rec-Plex – Indoor Facility

  • Hosted by: Coach Kason Crall | KC Performance & Fitness

CAMP OVERVIEW

  • This 5-day camp blends elite sports performance development with focused striking & finishing training, creating the perfect environment for athletes who want to improve speed, confidence, and technical skill.

  • Players will develop explosiveness, agility, balance, ball-striking mechanics, decision-making, and game IQ — all in a fun, competitive, high-energy atmosphere.

  • This camp is ideal for athletes looking to stay active over break and sharpen their skills before spring soccer begins.

DAILY CAMP SCHEDULE:

Hour 1 — Elite Sports Performance Training

  • Speed • Agility • Acceleration • Strength • Power • Injury Prevention • Change of Direction. A structured athletic development phase designed to build explosiveness, speed, and overall confidence in movement.

Hour 2 — Striking & Finishing + Competitive Games

  • Finishing reps on goal • Technique instruction • Shooting mechanics. Players will learn proper body positioning, clean ball contact, multiple ways to score, and then apply those skills through small-sided competitive games.

TRAINING LOCATIONS:

  • Monday: Indoor Basketball Court 1

  • Tuesday–Friday: Indoor Turf – Section 1

WHO CAN JOIN:

  • Boys & Girls Soccer Players in 1st–8th Grade

  • All skill levels are welcome — players will be grouped appropriately for safety, development, and competition.
