8 Sessions of PRE-SEASON TRAINING to get ready for the Spring! This is that 2 Week buffer between Winter ending & Spring beginning, & is a huge opportunity for kids to jump the gun on a great start to their spring seasons!

Ramp up the touches on the ball & Soccer Specific Technical Training with KC Performance & Fitness!

Will increase the volume of Conditioning & competition as well so their fitness is where it needs to be.

Indoor Rec Plex

Week 1 (March 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th)

Week 2 (March 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th)

Training Groups & Times

4 PM: Boys & Girls K-3rd Grade

5 PM: Girls 4th-7th Grade
-
6 PM: Boys 4th-7th Grade
-
7 PM: Girls 8th-12th Grade

8 PM: Boys 8th-12th Grade

Mondays & Thursdays: Court 4 - "Multi-Purpose Court" in the far south of Indoor Rec Plex.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Court 3 - Furthest West Basketball Court inside of Rec Plex.

All ages need to bring a soccer ball & water to every session
