PROGRAM LOGISTICS

🔁 Training Frequency: Up to 4 sessions per week
📈 Total Training Volume: Up to 32 total sessions

PROGRAM FOCUS:
This program is open to multi-sport athletes and designed to give athletes a major off-season advantage heading into fall sports. Athletes who commit to this process will see measurable results.
