AGES:

  • Open to athletes of all sports | Grades K-College

WHY SPORTS PERFORMANCE?
This program helps young athletes:

🗓️ WINTER SCHEDULE:

(November–February): 24 Total Workouts!

Location: All Dates are SW Corner Turf unless specifically shown as Court 4. (Mondays in Jan & Feb).

NOVEMBER:

  • 16th, 19th, 23rd, 30th

DECEMBER:

  • 3rd, 7th, 10th, 14th, 17th

JANUARY:

  • 7th, 11th (Court 4), 14th, 18th (Court 4), 21st, 25th (Court 4), 28th

FEBRUARY:

  • 1st (Court 4), 4th, 8th (Court 4), 11th, 15th (Court 4), 18th, 22nd (Court 4), 25th

  • 4:30 PM (K-6th Grade Boys & Girls)

  • 5:30 PM (7th-12th Grade Boys & Girls)
