Current Men’s & Women’s College Soccer Players who will be home during winter break and want to stay game-ready for spring training.
WHAT:

An Elite Skill, Fitness, and Conditioning Program designed specifically for college-level soccer players. Over three weeks during winter break, this program will prepare you to report back sharp, fit, and confident for spring season.
DESCRIPTION:

High-Intensity Technical Training – Maximize individual touches, refine footwork, and sharpen decision-making under pressure.

Game-Like Scenarios – Small-sided games, tactical drills, and situational training to stay match-ready.

Speed, Agility & Strength Work – Targeted exercises to keep you fast, explosive, and durable.

Competitive Environment – Train alongside other college athletes pushing to stay at the top of their game.
This program is designed to bridge the gap between fall and spring seasons and ensure you return to campus in peak shape—physically, technically, and mentally.
