• Elite & High Intensity Soccer Training & conditioning offered for the Spring of 2025 on Friday Nights! Lead by Kason Crall & Jack Palen for the Spring - and hosted in the best facility in Des Moines! 

• Sessions will be tailored towards fundamentals of the game, and less conditioning as most players will already have a full practice and game schedule.
