  • 6:30 PM: Boys & Girls: (6th-12th Grade)

Where:

  • Indoor Rec Plex Turf (Section 1)

Why:

  • I firmly believe being able to strike the ball correctly is one of the main "make or break" skill sets for players as they get older. Eventually, every player that works hard develops decent dribbling skills, fitness, basic passing with the inside of their foot in close spaces, etc. As you get older - the name of the game is moving the ball from one player to another. It isn't about dribbling. It's ALL about keeping the ball moving from teammate to teammates, over & over, until finally the team is in a position to cross & shoot / score. Long story short - STRIKING THE BALL accurately & with the right pace, spin, technique, etc is how you effectively share the ball amongst teammates, & score goals.
