Who: 

• For Soccer Players looking to stay sharp in late November + December of 2024!

What:

• Will be a great program of futsal training, skill & fundamental development, & high intensity conditioning. We will incorporate speed & agility sports performance training as well.

• Additionally, we will have a few small sided games to compete in & have frequent challenges & competitions. 

• As always, will continue our discussions about our mentality as athletes & developing a growth mindset.

Group Training Times Below - Each group has 4 total Sessions. 1 Per Week, for 4 Weeks.

 

MONDAYS DATES ONLY:

• 3:45 PM - Girls 10th-12th

• 4:45 PM - Boys & Girls K-3rd

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY DATES:

• 4:00 PM - Girls 4th-6th Grade

•  5:00 PM - Boys 4th-6th Grade

• 6:00 PM - Girls 7th-9th Grade

• 7:00 PM - Boys: 7th-9th Grade

• 8:00 PM - Boys: 10th-12th Grade

Training Court Location:

• "Court 4" - This is the "Multi-purpose" Court located in the back of Rec Plex. All way down past the fields, in the furthest south of the building.
