  • Thursday: COMPETITION DAY!

​Group Training Time: 

  • 4-5 PM (7th-12th Grade)

  • 5-6 PM (K-6th Grade)

About:

  • As seen above, each day will a different topic. This is an EXCELLENT Program for kdis to come learn about their bodies. Each athlete will leave camp this week feeling much more aware of the importance of all of these topics. Bigger than sports - they may just trigger their new love for healthy living & will take care of their health & wellness for a lifetime.

  • My passion for my health & Sports Performance Training started in 6th Grade & it helped me gain advantages as an athlete all through my playing days. Being fit, strong & conditioned goes a very long ways. Additionally, my passion for Sports Performance growing up has shined through so much than I am now training for Olympic Triathlons, Iron-Mans, etc to continue to stay fit, & lead by example for all of my athletes.

  • This 4-Day camp will motivate the kids more than anything, but the main objective is to learn & absorb the information that will be provided regarding all things Sports Performance. (Nutrition, Strength, Speed, Recovery, Agility, Mobility, etc).

Purpose:

  • Sports Performance & Speed/Agility is essential for every athlete to excel, no matter the sport. An athletes physicality & explosive/endurance capacity is earned with hard work, but being educated about how to take care of your body, how to train properly, etc is what truly will set you apart over time. Athletes that prioritize their health, mobility, and their body are the one who are injured less, and are capable of more. 

  •  Coach Kason is qualified in Exercise Science / Kinesiology / Personal Training through school and has 4 years of experience training athletes in gym settings, on the field, etc. 

  • Hosted in the #1 Training Facility in Des Moines  - Rec Plex Turf).

  • Focus about the growth-mindset for a young athlete & person. Will repeatedly touch on motivational quotes, ways to improve your daily routines around the clock including your nutrition, sleep schedule, school work, actions in and around your family, & in the classroom at school.
